Miss Lucille is an aquatic devil, with a huge liking to fashion and expensive things. She works at a boutique that resells used clothing, then at night, she parties until the morning. She drinks her lattes, get ready again, then repeats that cycle. She’s very well known for throwing good parties, and her fashion. She lives with Seren, who she drags around everywhere, he's practically her handbag. 

 Lucille is a habitual liar, and sometimes finds herself lying about small things that don't exactly matter. Because of that, sometimes things tend to blow up in her face. Luckily, since people usually don't catch onto her mistruths, she gets away with most of it. Despite being well known, Lucille is not always liked by everyone. She's quite a snarky bully, and is very selective to who she choses to speak to.
